Role: Primary Supply Teachers
Location: Southport
Daily rate: £110 – £140 per day
Working Hours: Flexible Hours
Connex Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic primary supply teachers to cover a range of different bookings around Southport.
Connex Education have a long-standing relationship with primary schools in Churchtown, Birkdale and Ainsdale, and we will have bookings in Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
Whether you are an ECT looking to gain some invaluable experience working in a variety if different school settings, or an experienced teacher seeking flexible work, Connex Education will support you in finding the most suitable placements for you.
The following are the type of teaching bookings that will be availabe for primary supply teachers:
- Day-to-day bookings to cover sickness, courses, PPA.
- Short/long-term roles to cover sickness, interventions and PPA.
- Maternity leave cover.
- Additional teaching staff to release subject lead teachers etc.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status or awaiting QTS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Desire to make a difference and inspire.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools.
- Experience teaching in primary schools is essential.
- DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through us.
- Ability to provide 2 references.
