Key Responsibilities of a Learing Support Assistant:

• Provide personalized assistance to the student, building a positive relationship.
• Collaborate with colleagues to follow/develop a tailored learning plan and pathway to support the students progress.
• Demonstrate commitment to enhancing the students’ school life, socially, physically, and academically.
• Proficiently offer necessary support to the student.
• Exhibit patientce, resilience, adaptability, and quick thinking.

Experience required:

• Prior experience in an education or care setting, working with Special Educational Needs.
• Knowledge/Experience working with ASD perviously is advantageous.
• A genuine passion to work with children with SEND, to ensure they recieve the best education possible.
• All applicants must hold a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
