About the Role

Connex Education is seeking a dedicated Classroom Assistant to join a primary school in Carlton. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive difference in children’s education by providing crucial support to teachers and pupils in the classroom environment. As a Classroom Assistant, you’ll be helping to create an engaging and supportive learning atmosphere for all children.

Assignment Details

• Supporting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
• Working with individual pupils and small groups to enhance their learning
• Assisting with classroom organization, resources, and displays
• Contributing to a positive and nurturing learning environment

Person Specification

We’re looking for individuals who are patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting children’s education. While previous experience in a classroom environment is beneficial, we value your transferable skills and genuine enthusiasm for making a difference in children’s lives.

We don’t require specific qualifications as we provide full training through Connex Academy. We focus on your communication skills, ability to work as part of a team, and dedication to supporting children’s development.
