Role: EYFS Teaching Assistant

Location: Southport

Salary: £400-£425 per week

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Connex Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic early years teaching assistant to work in a wonderful primary school in Formby. We are looking for a teaching assistant who will be engaging and proactive in the classroom.

The role will be a general support role and experience working with children with special educational needs will be beneficial. The role will be full-time and will start after February half-term.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Level 2/3 qualification or recent and relevant experience (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB ETC).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a good understanding of the Early Years Framework.
  • The ability to adapt to different learning environments.
  • It is essential that you have a DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain a new one through Connex.
