Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with schools and educational institutions to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Source talented educators and support staff through innovative methods, including social media, job boards, and educational networks.
- Conduct engaging and informative interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and passion for education.
- Match candidates with suitable job opportunities, ensuring a perfect fit for both the candidate and the school.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process.
- Organize and attend fun education-themed events, such as career fairs and networking sessions, to expand your network and promote our services.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field. A teaching qualification is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and connect with educators and schools.
- A creative and innovative mindset to think outside the box in sourcing and attracting top education talent.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes and deadlines.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the field.
