Teaching Assistant
£400 – £470 a week
Location: Hamstead
**About the role**
We are currently working with a Mainstream Secondary school who are looking for a Full-Time Teaching Assistant. Due to the needs of the child the school are looking to appoint a Male support worker/TA for this role. This role is working with 1-1 with a child in Year 9.

**Role Requirements**
- Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is essential.
- Previous experience working with SEN Students would be desirable.
- Team Teach trained would also be desirable.
- Previous experience working in Educational is essential.
- A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom.
- An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
