About the role
Connex Education is working with a mainstream primary school in Leeds who are recruiting an Early Years Teacher to work full-time in their reception class.
About the School
The school is two form entry and has a free flow system in place in place in Reception. This means you will have your own classroom space but work closely with the other Reception Teacher. The school aims to provide a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Assignment details
The role will commence in January 2026 until July 2026 initially with the potential to continue.

Personal Specification
- Qualified Teacher Status or awaiting QTS
- Proof of right to work in the UK
- Experience in Early Years
- Experience teaching in UK primary schools and knowledge of the curriculum
- DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through us
- References covering the past two years of employment
