Are you an organized and proactive individual looking for your next opportunity within the recruitment industry? We are an education supply agency based in Braintree, seeking a Recruitment Resourcer / Compliance Administrator to join our growing team!
About the Role:
This is a dual role combining recruitment resourcing with compliance administration. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing job applications, and ensuring all educational staff meet the necessary compliance requirements. The position is key to maintaining the high standards our schools and clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment:
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms
- Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews with potential candidates
- Create candidate profiles
- Write and manage job advertisements and applicant responses
- Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring timely follow-ups
Compliance:
- Ensure all candidates meet the required safeguarding and legal standards
- Collect and verify documents such as DBS checks, references, and proof of qualifications
- Sight documents in person when needed (will require travel to London)
- Maintain up-to-date records in line with legal and industry regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and compliance regulations (preferred)
- Experience working within the Education sector is advantageous
