About the Role
Connex Education is recruiting School Support Workers to work across partner schools in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or individuals with experience in education who are eager to start a fulfilling career supporting teaching and learning.

Staff work closely together to ensure every child receives the best possible education. What You’ll Need
✅ Minimum qualification of Math and English GCSE’s
✅ Experience working with children or adults in an care or educational setting (voluntary or paid)
✅ Confidence in managing behaviour and supporting the teacher with classroom routines
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✅ Genuine passion for education and child development
✅ Current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply through Connex Education
✅ Proof of right to work in the UK (required to apply)
