Science Teacher

£140 – £180 per day
Connex Education are proudly working with a Secondary school based in Redcar who are seeking a science teacher for an immediate start. The role is full-time, however they would consider applications from qualified Science teachers who are only looking for part time work.
To be considered for this role you must be an experienced science teacher, with excellent classroom management and plan engaging and interactive lessons. You will have a passion for education and be able to support students with varying ranges of learning.
The school is a large school with a high expectation of both staff and students. You will be supported by a fantastic senior leadership team, who ensure staff have a great work/life balance.
The successful teacher will be:
- Experienced with delivering good quality lessons to all abilities
- Able to communicate effectively with young people and their families
- Dedicated to providing quality lessons
- Able to work well with department heads and other team members
- Available immediately with a DBS on the update service
- Have a good sense of humour and able to adapt to stressful situations well
