Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan
Salary: £76.92 per day (increasing to £96.00 per day after 12 weeks)
Start Date: ASAP
Position: Full Time and part time 08:30 – 15:30
Requirements: Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one. EWC registered as a School Learning Support Worker.
About the role
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work in one of our SEN schools. We will welcome candidates who have mainstream experience, has worked as a care/support worker, and has worked with children in a different setting.
We offer flexible working, so if you are available 2-5 days a week, we would love to hear from you!
About the school
The school itself provides an inclusive and engaging learning environment. The school supports pupils with additional learning needs, this would include ADHD, ASD, SEMH and SpLD. Although, sometimes challenging, you will not find job satisfaction like it anywhere else.
Assignment Details
The role is to start ASAP and will be a potential long-term for the right candidate.
