What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and growing an established warm desk
- Building and maintaining genuine relationships with schools and candidates
- Matching talented educators with the right opportunities
- Working towards realistic and achievable targets

- Proven experience in education recruitment
- Confident sales and recruitment experience
- Experience working in the education sector
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment
- A people person who builds strong relationships
- A driven, self-motivated consultant who wants to grow with us
- Competitive individual who is used to working in a KPI lead sales environment
