Role: Early Years Teaching Assistant

Salary: £430-£450 per week

Connex Education are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Early Years practitioner to provide general classroom support in a Reception class.

About the supply role:
The role will involve providing general support in Reception for the entire academic school year. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and a minimum of 3 years of experience working in Reception is essential for this role. There is a high probability of a contract being offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above is essential for this role (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB ETC).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience supporting children win Early Years is essential.
- Experience supporting children with special educational needs is desirable.
- The ability to adapt to different learning environments.
- It is essential that you have a DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain a new one through Connex.
