About the Role:
Connex Education are currently looking to employ an ambitious, dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant who will be required to assist and support a child with special education needs to aid them throughout their education journey.
Assignment Details:
This is a full-time role with the immidiate start date.

Person Specification:
- Have some experience working with young people in either a school setting or a similar environment, i.e.- Supporting and assisting vulnerable individuals.
- Experienced in working at care homes ( trained in moving and handling)
- Experienced in working with children with complex needs, sensory feeding difficulties and be able to support the provision of therapeutic inputs.
- Be confident in your ability to deal with the vulnerable children in a delicate manner.
- Be able to work well with challenging behaviour.
- Hold strong communication skills both orally and written.
- Willing to undergo continual professional training.
- Be reliable and committed to working within an education environment.
- Able to work under pressure effectively and reflect in action.
- Ambitious and enthusiastic with a ‘can do attitude’ and a cracking sense of humour.
