The Role
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will take full responsibility for delivering lessons across KS3 and KS4 using structured schemes of work and pre-prepared materials. You will manage classroom behaviour, adapt learning where necessary, and ensure students remain engaged and progressing.
Responsibilities include:
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons (with departmental support)
• Managing behaviour in line with the school’s clear and consistent policy
• Assessing and providing feedback on student work
• Creating a positive and focused learning environment
• Supporting students’ academic and personal development
