The Role
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will take full responsibility for delivering lessons across KS3 and KS4, using structured schemes of work and pre-prepared materials provided by departments. You will lead classes independently, maintain high behavioural expectations, and ensure students remain engaged and progressing.
Responsibilities include:
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons with departmental guidance
• Managing behaviour in line with the school’s clear and consistent policy
• Assessing, marking, and providing feedback on student work
• Creating a positive, focused, and respectful classroom environment
• Supporting students’ academic progress and personal development
