Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Rate of pay: £425 – £475 – Dependant on experience
Location: Birmingham – B44
**About the role**
Connex Education is seeking a proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school environment. This role provides the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Specifically those with Autism. As a SEN teaching Assistant, you will offer dedicated 1-1 support to a student in lower KS2 with Autism, your approachable and nurturing nature will assist the student in both their academic and emotional growth.

**Role Requirements**
- Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is required.
- Previous experience working in Educational is desirable.
- A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
- An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
