Personalised Programmes
We understand that each pupil faces their own unique challenges, and we are committed to helping them overcome these barriers to achieve their full potential. Therefore, we can provide personalised programmes to suit the needs of pupils, including matching them with the most appropriate tutor or mentor.
Our experienced team can create bespoke quality assured packages of support to address the specific needs of pupils. By providing customised interventions, we ensure that our pupils are well-equipped to succeed, with a focus on either curriculum or pastoral support.
Our Tutors and Mentors
At Connex, we take great pride in our commitment to recruiting only the best tutors and mentors in the industry. Our rigorous vetting process ensures that all our tutors and mentors have the necessary skills and experience to provide exceptional tutoring and mentoring services. We also provide comprehensive job ready training through our internal L&D division, Connex Education Academy, to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver effective interventions to pupils. Our three-way pre-intervention meetings with relevant stakeholders allows us to effectively prepare for the assignment and tailor our services to meet the needs of pupils.
