About the role:
Connex Education are working with an alternative provision in Chester who are looking for a Maths Teacher to work 2 days per week.
About the School:
The provision caters for students aged 11 – 16, with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The staff at this school work directly with support workers and out reach services to provide personalised curriculums to ensure all students are reaching social, emotional and academic goals. They are looking for a Maths Teacher who is hard working, resilient and dedicated to making a difference to the lives of the students they support.
Assignment Details:
The Head of School is lookiing for a teacher who can start immediately and this role is on going, with no set end date. The working hours are 8.30am – 3.30pm, 2 days per week.

Person Specification:
- Have experience of teaching mathematics to secondary aged students.
- Have experience of supporting students with SEND / challenging behaviours.
- Have a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for a new one.
