Job Opportunity: SEND Tuition Teacher (Qualified Teachers)
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £670 – £750 per week, dependent on experience
Contract: Full-time/Part-time / Flexible Hours

We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and experienced teachers to join our growing team providing high-quality tuition to children with SEND across [Insert Area or “the UK”]. Your role will be to support learners in overcoming barriers to education, building confidence, and making academic progress in a safe, nurturing environment.
About the Role
As a SEND Tuition Teacher, you will:
- Deliver personalised teaching sessions to children with a range of SEND needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, dyslexia, global developmental delay).
- Plan and adapt sessions based on EHCPs, academic levels, and learning styles.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and families.
- Monitor and report on progress regularly.
- Work in homes, schools, learning centres, or online depending on the student’s needs.
We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teachers (QTS or QTLS)
- Experience working with SEND learners (school or tuition setting)
- A nurturing, inclusive teaching approach
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Safeguarding awareness/training (we can assist if not current)
