About the role
Connex Education is working in partnership with a number of welcoming Primary Schools in the Willington (DE65) area, who are recruiting for KS2 Teachers to work on a day-to-day supply basis. This role will involve taking on full classroom responsibilities during cover days, including lesson delivery, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting pupils’ progress. No lesson planning will be required.
Assignment details
This is a flexible day-to-day supply role, starting in September, with opportunities to work across multiple schools in the Willington area.

Person Specification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- UK Experience working with children aged 4–11 years
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Knowledge of Phonics and Read, Write Inc
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to process a new one
