Connex Education is working in partnership with primary schools in Southport to recruit teaching assistants for various full-time and part-time roles that will be starting in September.

About the roles:
Connex Education are seeking calm, compassionate teaching assistants who can bring enthusiasm and positivity to classroom environments in Southport. Here is a list of the current roles we have available:
- Reception TA – General support (fully-time L3 qualified)
- Reception/Key Stage 1 – 1:1 support for children with SEN (full-time)
- Primary supply TA – cover various bookings across primary schools in Southport (flexible hours).

Qualifications and requirements:
- Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification is desirable.
- Experience supporting children with SEN is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to adapt to different learning needs.
- It is essential that you have a DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain a new one through Connex.
