What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing an established client base
- Building meaningful relationships with schools and educators
- Matching top talent to the right roles
- Working towards realistic, achievable targets

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience with in the Education/ SEND sector
- previous sale or recruitment experience
- Confident in sales and relationship building
- Understanding of the education and/or SEND sector
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- A real people person who thrives in a supportive environment
