Rate of pay: £88 – £95 – Dependant on experience

**About the role**
Connex Education is seeking a proactive ASC (1-1_ Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school environment to support a year 10 pupil on a 1-1 basis. This role provides the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will offer 1-1 mailnly or group support, helping students develop academically and socially, while also serving as a positive role model. Your contribution will be key in nurturing their growth and empowering them to achieve their full potential. As a vital part of the team, you’ll help create a positive, inclusive atmosphere that supports every student’s journey.

They cater to children ages 5 – 19 years old who may have complex conditions such as ASC, ADHD, and Attachment Disorder. **Role Requirements**
- Emoatheric, caring and compassionate
- Previous experience working in Educational is desireable.
- A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
- An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
