Connex Education is partnering with a Primary School in Birkenhead to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work across EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage). The role includes providing general classroom assistance and supporting small groups of children with additional needs to enhance their learning. We are seeking a reliable, proactive individual with experience in supporting pupils in the Early Years.

Assignment Details
This role runs Monday to Friday (8:30am–3:30pm). The position starts after the October half term and is likely to continue long term for the right person.

Person Specification
- Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification; however, those with relevant school experience will be considered.
- GCSEs or equivalent Level 2 in Maths and English.
- Experience of supporting pupils in a school or similar setting.
- Current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one through Connex.
