We partner with Schools and Local Authorities across your area to deliver high-impact, one-to-one tuition in core subjects — Maths, English, and Science — for young people with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs. What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH learners
 - Confidence teaching Maths, English, or Science
 - QTS or QTLS certification
 - Enhanced DBS (we can help you obtain one) and 2+ professional references
 - Strong safeguarding knowledge and a commitment to safe learning environments
 
Your Role:
- Deliver in-person tuition tailored to learners with SEND and SEMH needs
 - Plan and teach in a trauma-informed, flexible way
 - Provide regular feedback and lesson reports to track progress
 - Support students referred by schools and local authorities
 
Ideal Backgrounds:
Whether you’re a seasoned SENDCo, an Intervention Specialist, or a dedicated Teaching Assistant, your experience matters. We welcome professionals from:
- Teaching roles: SENDCo, MLD/SLD Teacher, Autism/ADHD Support, Intervention Tutor
 - Therapeutic roles: LSA, TA, SALT, Educational Psychologist, Inclusion Coordinator
