What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide dedicated 1:1 or small group support for students with SEN
• Support children with diverse needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and physical disabilities
• Guide students through challenges with patience and celebrate every achievement
• Work closely with SENCOs, teachers, and families to ensure the best outcomes
• Help create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
• Brings empathy, patience, resilience, and creativity
• Has strong communication and active listening skills
• Values teamwork and collaboration with specialists
• Previous SEN experience helpful but not essential – we value the right attitude and commitment!
