What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide dedicated 1:1 or small group support for students with SEN
 - Support children with diverse needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and physical disabilities
 - Guide students through challenges with patience and celebrate every achievement
 - Work closely with SENCOs, teachers, and families to ensure the best outcomes
 - Help create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
 
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
 - Brings empathy, patience, resilience, and creativity
 - Has strong communication and active listening skills
 - Values teamwork and collaboration with specialists
 - Previous SEN experience helpful but not essential – we value the right attitude and commitment!
