Ukrainian Speaking Private Tutor Wanted
Are you passionate about education and eager to make a difference? Are you fluent in English and Ukrainian? We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to join our growing team and help EAL students unlock their full potential.
Location:
Flexible – in-person (Birmingham area) Private Home Setting
Hours:
Part-time or full-time | Flexible scheduling
Subjects Needed:
- Maths (KS2–A-Level)
- English Language & Literature
- Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
- 11+ / GCSE / A-Level preparation
- Other subjects welcome!
- SEMH/SEND experience is desired
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, tailored lessons to individual students
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly and in accordance with EHCP and Learning plans.
- Provide feedback and support to boost confidence and academic performance
- Nurture well-being and establish goo mental health practices
- Maintain clear communication with parents/guardians
✅ Requirements:
- Strong academic background in your subject(s)
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Passion for helping students succeed
Pay:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience and subject level
