Person Specification
- must be 21 and over
- A qualified Teacher (degree = PGCE or equivalent) – SENCO qualification desirable
- The school would consider anyone without QTS status if they have a strong background in working in education, particularly SEMH
- You must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one
- Proven success in leading teams and raising achievement
- Be a creative leader
