About the role
Connex Education are currently recruiting for a Priamry School teaching assistant to work at a school in Standish working 1:1 with a pupil in Reception.
About the School
The school are looking for a TA who is hard working, resilient and has experience working with pupils with SEN.
Assignment Details
The role will commence in January 2026 the working hours are 8.30am – 3.30pm 5 days a week. You will be helping the pupil complete their work inside and sometimes outside of the classroom you may also work with small groups.

Person Specification
- Have experience working with children with SEN in a mainstream or SEN School.
- Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one.
- The ability to build new relationships with staff and pupils
- Be able to manage challenging behaviour
