Connex Education is partnering with a Secondary School in the Darlington area to recruit a Spanish Teacher to work 3 days a week during term time.

The school is highly regarded within the Sunderland area and is seeking passionate language educators to deliver Spanish lessons for key stages 3. The school provides a supportive environment with a dedicated team of teachers committed to student progress. They are looking for Language specialists who are adaptable, resilient, and eager to make a meaningful impact on pupils’ language learning journey.
Assignment Details
This role can commence in January and will continue for the remainder of the academic year, focusing on providing comprehensive language instruction and cover for absent language teachers.

Person Specification
- Must be 21 and over
- Fully fluent in French and Spanish in both written and oral skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one
- Hold QTS or PGCE with Proven experience delivering Spanish or MFL
- /or FrenchStrong behaviour management and classroom control skills
- Ability to cover lessons at short notice and adapt to different teaching contexts
