About the role
If you are a early career teacher and are newly qualified, if want more experience in the classroom Connex Education is working with a number of mainstream primary schools based in Middlesbrough and Teesside that are seeking primary teachers for regular classroom cover and also HLTA support. At Connex we are offering flexible working patterns including part-time, full-time and ad hoc depending what suits you.

Assignment Details
As part of your role as a primary teacher you will be covering classrooms, PPA and also working with small groups. There are also TA and 1:1 opportunities should you wish to gain more confidence in a support role initially. We can offer immediate starts as well as start dates for after February half term and also Easter. The successful candidate must have experience in a primary classroom environment.

Person Specification
- Qualified Teaching Status
- Have experience of teaching pupils in a primary school setting
- For newly qualified teachers experience working as a TA or university placement
- Be confident covering and teaching a full classroom
- Good Knowledge of EYFS/KS1 or KS2 curriculum
- Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one with Connex
