Connex Education are currently working in partnership with a successful secondary academy based in the PE20 region, supporting them with their ongoing day-to-day supply requirements. This role offers excellent flexibility, with work available around your availability, whether you are seeking part-time or full-time hours.

Assignment Details
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will be supporting KS3 and KS4 classes across a range of subjects. Start dates are staggered, and once all compliance checks are completed, work is available immediately. The role is flexible, allowing you to work part-time or full-time, depending on your availability.

Person Specification – Unqualified Teacher
- Have experience working with young people in a school setting or similar environment (e.g. NCS, sports coaching, youth work)
- Be confident in leading classes of pupils aged 11–16
- Be able to manage challenging behaviour effectively
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be willing to engage in ongoing professional development
- Be able to work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly
- Be enthusiastic, motivated, and have a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Be able to commute to Boston and surrounding areas
