These roles offer excellent flexibility, with work available to suit your availability, whether you are seeking part-time or full-time hours.

Assignment Details
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, helping them to engage with learning and manage additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or communication difficulties. Start dates are staggered, and once all compliance checks are completed, work is available immediately. Roles are available on a part-time or full-time basis.

Person Specification – SEN Teaching Assistant
• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based or similar settings such as care, youth work, or support work)
• A patient, caring, and empathetic approach
• The ability to support pupils with additional learning, emotional, or behavioural needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
• The ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a classroom environment
• A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
• The ability to commute to Mansfield and surrounding areas
