Cover Supervisor – KS3 / KS4 | Lincoln Area
Pay: Up to £550 per week (dependent on experience)
Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas

Assignment Details
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising KS3 and KS4 classes during teacher absence, ensuring pupils remain on task and follow pre-set work. Start dates are staggered, and once compliance checks are completed, work can begin immediately. Flexibility is a key benefit of this role, with opportunities to work on a part-time or full-time basis.

Person Specification – Cover Supervisor
• Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting (e.g. education, sports coaching, youth work, mentoring)
• Confidence supervising classes of pupils aged 11–16
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly
• Enthusiastic, motivated, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to commute to Lincoln and surrounding areas (drivers preferred)
