We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join the vibrant and supportive school community based within Handsworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in young lives every single day!
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students on a 1-1 and small group basis, supporting on the current curriculum. You will be working closely with the class Teacher, to ensure lessons delivered are engaging an inclusive. The ideal candidate should have strong behaviour management skills.

**Role Requirements**
- Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is desirable.
- Previous experience working in Educational is essential.
- Strong behaviour management.
- A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
- An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
