The Role
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will deliver structured lessons across KS3 and KS4 using pre-planned materials. You will independently lead classes, uphold behaviour expectations, and ensure students remain engaged and progressing.
Responsibilities include:
• Delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and consistently
• Providing feedback on student work in line with school policy
• Maintaining a focused and respectful learning environment
• Supporting students’ academic and personal development
