About the role

Connex Education is working with a mainstream Primary School in Heckmondwike who are looking to recruit a KS2 teacher. As a KS2 Teacher you will work full time in a two form entry school within its Year 4 class. 

About the School 

The school is located in Heckmondwike and is part of a large academy trust. It has a supportive SLT team and prides itself on the community within its staff.  

Assignment details

This is a full time postion starting after Easter 2026 – July 2026. It has the potential to become permanenet for the right candidate

Personal Specification

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Previous experience or training working in Primary Education in KS2
  • DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one through Connex Education
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A clear passion for working with children and fostering their educational growth
