About the Role
Connex Education is partnering with primary schools across Swadlincote and the wider DE11 area who require Supply Teaching Assistants on a flexible basis.
You will support pupils in accessing learning, work one-to-one or in small groups, and assist teachers in maintaining a structured and inclusive classroom environment.
This role suits experienced Teaching Assistants, graduates, or those looking to gain further classroom experience in a flexible capacity.

Assignment Details
Opportunities are available immediately, with flexible working options including full-time and part-time roles.
Assignments will range from day-to-day cover to short and longer-term placements, depending on school demand and your preferences.

Person Specification
• Recent UK-based experience supporting pupils in a primary school or similar setting
• Confident working with pupils on a one-to-one or small-group basis
• Strong communication skills with a patient and adaptable approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
