About the Role
Connex Education is working with a number of primary schools across DE24 (Alvaston, Sinfin and nearby areas) who require reliable Teaching Assistants to support on a flexible basis.
You will be working across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, supporting pupils in class on a day-to-day and short-term basis.
You will:
- Support pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
- Assist the class teacher in maintaining a positive learning environment
- Help pupils stay engaged and on task during lessons

Person Specification
- Recent UK-based experience working with children is essential
- Confident supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups
- Patient, adaptable, and strong communication skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
