Connex Education is working in partnership with a dynamic inner-city primary school seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team for the second half of the summer term. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a supportive environment and make a real difference in a vibrant school community.
✨ About the Role:
You will take on full class teaching responsibilities within a Year 4 classroom, working closely with the wider KS2 team to ensure consistency and high-quality teaching and learning. Collaboration is key in this role. You aill have a class of 30 pupils and support from a full-time HLTA.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong experience within Key Stage 2 (Year 4 desirable)
- Confidence working in an inner-city school environment
- Ability to manage behaviour effectively and create an engaging learning space
- A flexible, team-oriented approach to teaching
