Job Title: Supply Teacher
Rate of pay: £700 – £900 P/W – Dependant on experience
Location: Birmingham, Solihull
**About the role**
As a supply teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting schools by providing high-quality teaching and ensuring continuity of learning when regular class teachers are absent. You will be expected to quickly adapt to different classroom environments, build positive relationships with pupils, and confidently deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of year groups. Key responsibilities include maintaining effective classroom behaviour, following school policies and routines, and creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment. This role offers excellent variety and experience across different school settings, making it ideal for those looking to build confidence, develop their teaching practice, and explore a range of schools before committing to a long-term position.

**Role Requirements**
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) confirming employability as a Teacher in England, Scotland & Wales
- Previous Experience working in a Primary School settings
- DBS On the update service, or willingness to obtain one through Connex Education
- Strong classroom management skills
- A clear passion for working with children and fostering their educational growth
- Commitment to the profession of working in Education
