Salary: £150–£300 per day, depending on the role | Weekly PAYE pay

About the Role

Connex Education is recruiting qualified secondary teachers, including ECTs and experienced teachers, of all specialisms for a range of long-term and short-term placements across secondary schools in Swindon and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages confidence, curiosity, and positive behaviour.
- Use creative and practical teaching approaches to make learning enjoyable and meaningful.
- Assess, mark, and provide feedback to support student progress and attainment.

Person Specification
- QTS preferred, although strong secondary teaching experience will also be considered
- A passion for promoting equality, inclusion, and diversity in education
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
