Year 4 Teacher – Handsworth
Pay Rate: In line with pay scale (£700 – £1,050 per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Long-term role
Hours: Full-time
Connex Education are currently working with a lovely, welcoming mainstream primary school based in the Handsworth area who are currently recruiting for a Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis starting ASAP.
The Role:
- Full responsibility for a Year 4 class
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Helping motivate and inspire pupils to achieve their full potential
- ECT support provided
Requirements:
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong experience teaching within KS2, ideally Year 4
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS if you do not already have one registered on the update service
- Willing to provide a minimum of 2 references – one must be from your most recent employer
