About the Role
Are you a passionate STEM Teacher looking for flexible and rewarding opportunities in secondary education from September 2026? We are currently recruiting qualified teachers across Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics subjects for a variety of long-term and short-term roles in secondary schools across Swindon and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality STEM lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Teach engaging and challenging content within your subject specialism
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and student participation
- Assess student progress and provide effective feedback to support attainment
- Follow school safeguarding policies and procedures at all times

Person Specification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred
- Specialism within a STEM subject area such as Maths, Science, Computing, Engineering, or Technology
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to inclusive teaching and equal opportunities in education
- Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
