Primary School Teacher – KS1 or KS2 (Based on Preference)
Pay: £140 – £210 per day
Location: B44, Birmingham
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
Start Date: September 2026 (ideally sooner)
Connex Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the B44 area of Birmingham to recruit a dedicated Primary School Teacher for a full-time, long-term position starting in September.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher to join a friendly school community, with the flexibility to teach in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 depending on your experience and preference.
The Role

Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire and challenge pupils

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress

Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement

Take on full teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation, and marking
Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

A commitment to raising standards and supporting pupil development

Excellent communication and organisational skills
