Connex Education is working with a SEN Primary School in Leeds who are recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant to work full- time starting September 2026.
About the school
The school itself caters for pupils with a range of needs. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a KS2 class. The school aims to develop children’s social and emotional skills. All staff members l share their expertise and knowledge to promote inclusion.
Assignment Details
The role is to start in September 2026 – December 2025 initially but may be extended. If you are available before September, the role has the potential to start early.

Person Specification
- Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one
- Have Maths and English to GCSE Grade C or equivalent
- Hold previous experience of working with children and young people
- Have experience of supporting pupils with SEN needs
