About the role
Connex Education are supporting a mainstream primary school in Leeds. As an inclusion support worker you will be responsible for ensuring access to education for a specific group of pupils or an individual pupil. You will contribute to the wider work of the inclusion team through driving our inclusion agenda, including engaging and re-engaging children into school including children who fae multiple barriers in engaging in school.

Assignment details
This role is long term assignment starting September 2026 – July 2027 (32.5 hours per week). It is a fixed term contract with the opportunity to continue.

Person Specification
- Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one
- Have Maths and English to GCSE Grade C or equivalent
- Hold previous experience of working with children and young people
- Have experience of supporting pupils with SEN needs
