Connex Education are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant on behalf of a college in Warrington due to rapid growth in student numbers.
The college I am working with provide support and education to students with complex learning needs aged 16 and over. The staff here deliver a bespoke curriculum in order to meet individual needs and promote independence for all students. Working in close partnerhip with local SEND schools, this college provides the next steps in many students educational journey.
The school are looking for 3 full time Teaching Assistants to start in September 2026.

Person Specification:
- Have a strong interest in working with SLD
- Experienced working with SEND in either a residential or educational setting
- Have strong behaviour management skills
- Be adaptable, resilient and patient
- Have a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for a new one
