Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality lessons within your specialist subject area across secondary key stages.
• Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages learning and achievement.
• Adapt lessons and teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support development.
• Establish positive working relationships with students, colleagues, and school leaders.
• Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and behaviour management expectations.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism at all times.

Person Specification
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and either currently completing or recently completed your ECT induction period.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on young people’s lives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
• Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
